No any plan for birthday celebration, because I've to attend the internship training on that day, working shift from 3.00pm - 11.00pm, which I dislike the most! Wishing myself HAPPY BIRTHDAY in advance anyways! Birthday guy having three wishes, I hope natural disaster for this world will become lesser. Second, I hope all my friends and families dream come true. Third, *SECRET*. It's time to rest and sweet dream to readers. =)

16th of May

Please color up my dull life. Health condition not very well recently. It made me felt much more tired especially after work. I discovered something which is bloody unfair, but I have to ignore it because I know who I am and what should I really to do. However, I hope it won't happen again, not only unfair to me but others people also. I found the realistic of life and people during these few months of training. Work Hard and Work Smart are totally different. I'm tired. Relaxation needed seriously. My birthday is nearing, no any special mood, no any appointment, no any celebration, just wanna stay alone. I've an impulse that want to accumulate my off days until the end of this department, but it should be quite tiring, the space of this department is so limited and short-handed. Air-tickets for convocation in December at JW Marriot Hotel been booked. Cheaper a lot if we do early booking, save traveling cost but going to spend a lot for entrance tickets of it. Lost connection with friends, 'How are you recently?!'. If you saw this blog, please find me on FB or MSN. aiiks.. down down down.. up up up.. mood swing badly. God, please make me recover sooner! Study is greater than Work. I hope my training life will finish very very soon, therefore I can continue my study very very very extremely soon! I wanna SCREAM to the sea.. Lifeless!! 14th of May

Feel empty. =( I was so a little bit unsatisfactory with some managements, may be it's just begin, therefore I still unable to conformation myself. WHY uniform have to wear at least two days then only can change?! Excuse isn't fully acceptable by my heart, because of other department got running functions during these period, it may caused uniform not enough, then we have to wear it at least two days or prepare the white color shirt by yourself. Hey, I was sweating when working and dried on my shirt with unable to be seen by naked eyes. Correct, there is no any obvious stain on the shirt but smell. My daily tasks like waiter serving VIP guests, steward washing plates and glasses, chef preparing omelets or scramble eggs. Multitasks! I just request want to change a shirt, is it so hard?! I just avoiding to create puzzle for permanent staffs because of smelly shirt. However, trainees are not contribution but casual workers?! Sometimes, I feel very tired with these and don't wanna bother so much. Why don't purchase and prepare more uniforms to standby for the moment needed if not enough?! Disappointed! Today was the second day I stepped into Front Office, but works like Food & Beverage, because our training at VIP Lounge. I believe what I'm going to learn and absorb from there is F&B more than FO, although guests can check-in and check-out from there. FO=F&B?! How I'm going to write into my training report?! That's a problem! No one briefs me for the operating procedures, therefore I don't know what should I do for morning shift, how is the table settings, why we should do this and that and so on. Bellman, doorman, reception, guest service counter, telephone operator and many more sections category under FO. Yup, some sections that we cannot get involve to their task for maintaining the organization standard and reputation, but give us do observation over there for a short two or three days also can what. At least, we will get know how is the standard operating procedure for each section. I'm crossing FO blindly. Wish EVERYTHING goes fine. Being waiter, steward and chef for sometime till 14th of June, heading to my last department -> Finance after that. Smile =)

I'm in holiday mood currently, because OFF for three days. I done Housekeeping department finally! I can't believe that I could survive and cross over that department, because I damn dislike touch any dirty item, especially toilet bowl. Anyways, it's a good experience for me, without internship training in hotel, I won't have the chance interact with Bangladesh and cleaning bath room personally. BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE in Housekeeping Department, Mr. Azmi, Ms. Rospanizi, Halim, Joo Lee, Rose, Sabrina and more more. Obviously, I born to be PAPERWORK kaki. I were pretty willing and enjoying when they're asking me to assist them for administration of Housekeeping. =D Next on, Front Office = T.Club which serving meals for VIP. There is heaven, but I feel like not so happy for heading to heaven, because they request me GEL hair. OMG! My hair so short still have to GEL?! Whatever.. report to heaven on this coming Friday, SAD MONTH BEGIN! =( I love my natural hair instead of sticky gel hair. MY HAIR! Sincerely bless to those who left, Good Luck! I wish everyone may have a better career in future!

3rd of May

Yeehoooo! These are what I received from my mail box recently.

From my view, these discount and free are marketing tools which very often use in the market to attract or trap consumers for more purchasing and improving sales line of the company. Certainly, we won my money in the end. HAHA! However, thanks for both of companies sent these vouchers and reminded me that my birthday is coming soon! *HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME* I have a crazy idea, I want a big Angry Bird for my present, because I saw the red color one too kawaii. -.- But, my bed not so besar to let it stays and sleeps with me. HAHA! I was very busiest past few days because of travel group stayed and came for breakfasts, full house in the hotel and public holiday. It's super duper busy and made me like a dead fish after worked. I spent whole day assisting F&B side without return to my actual department - Housekeeping due to several reasons. First, somebody resigned. Second, a Manager, a Hostess, a Waiter and a New Coming Waiter, total up four of them on duty. Manager has to take care the floor, Hostess for welcoming and farewell to guests and two waiters have to take care the rest of the tasks like table clearing, serving ice-water and so on. They were facing around 100 pax. Highlight, new coming waiter is still new, not yet in situation and very slow. Therefore, I don't want only one waiter and one manager run the whole show, even through they could run, but sure get complains from guests due to service slow. Third and most horrible, some foods prepared at buffet line was fully cleared in 20 minutes. *OMG* They never having any buffet before?! Ans:- MAY BE! HAHA! =@ It was a pretty busiest day, but I don't feel hungry and keep on working non-stop until 2.00pm only went to canteen for my lunch then 3.00pm terus balik! =) My training in Housekeeping is going to finish very soon. Next on, Front Office Department. Abang Wan, I'm coming soon! HAHA! Trainees from KDU (PEN) will done their whole internship training on this coming Sunday, envy a lot, when is mine turn?! I left two months more to move on.. FASTER FASTER A BIT! Anyways, I'm here wishing everyone of them, Good Luck in future and we shall meet again one day with different status! Gambateh! I transferred my OFF DAY for this week to next week, that's mean my last day in Housekeeping will become 9th of May 2011, claim OverTime two and a half hours, 10th of May 2011 is replacement Public Holiday (Labor Day), 11st of May 2011 is replacement OFF DAY from this week and 12nd of May 2011 is OFF DAY of the week. OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE! SIX DAYS LEFT FOR HOUSEKEEPING! Yoohoooooo!
