The third day morning of OLDP, we did the most worst presentation in my life. It was because when I saying the point of 'Caring', I recall back what was happened in the second day. That's Edward and Wooi Lin were high fever and sent to hospital by an ambulance. Seen ambulance arrived, I asked Yuen Kay goes also to release my worries. After that presentation, I straightly went to outside and sat down to calm down myself. When I were outside, I called one of my team mate to call me when any activity is going on. I'm sitting in a small cafe beside the hall, think how could these incident will be happen with Penang Branch Reliance College student?! I think lots and trying to control myself. Fine, she called me, I go in to hall again. That's closing ceremony, I was the volunteer to accept my team participation certificate. Follow on, they announce THE BEST LEADER awards for each team. I got the award and the third of Overall, but I'm not so happy and shown a fake smile with the camera. What feeling I've, is always showing on my face. During the discussion about the drama sketch, Nicholas was not giving any comments on it. But, it was RUSH UP of time last minute, he just says this and that cannot or what something else. As a normal team mate of them also angry about his style and sit quietly there. I'm the leader that day, I should say something in this situation, I'm mad also, but I walk away take a water and calm down myself and said chat later during meeting. After the ceremony, all of JB and Penang student were sent to YMCA, KL by a bus. Inside the bus, that JB student so naughty, want making me a boner and playing so many game, but I'm so lucky~!! Arrived YMCA, I left my luggage inside my room and quickly went out for searching the COLD FEVER to treat those who suffering with fever. So unfortunately, it was Sunday and no pharmacy is available for business and I rush to how many shop that's nearby also the same. I went back with buy nothing and seeing them suffer. Before I step in YMCA, I saw Cin Dee smoke beside the only one fence of YMCA, I'm so behh syiOk with her that moment, because not more than 12 hours she deliveries 'I WANT TO QUIT SMOKE AND SUPPORT GOVERNMENT CHAMPAGNE', how many guys beat hands for her even the Jojo. But now, she stands there, still have JB students.... in my heart, why she doesn't act the WHOLE ACTION until she was returned to Penang Island just smoke, still have JB student there and they know you. When I step in the fence, I ignored her and walk to lobby. Recall back, I should be not meddling in this case, because she is not influence anything and just influence the fake of Penang Branch students. Just leave it and hope she will QUIT soon. After that, we went to Berjaya Times Square again, I just bought a pair of shoe because that's impossible to me for wear a sandals to walking around what. Went to Education Fair which held at Heng Ee High School. For the main point of me, not only promote Reliance College, are seeing my friends and teaching them how to choose a college and study atmosphere. I was so enjoying there. After the fair, we went to Gurney Pastamania have out lunch and Redbox for K until 5.30pm. Afternoon today, went to college, I never tell Anthony that I've awarded THE BEST LEADER, but Cin Dee helped me to shout up. This award, I just want low key and don't want to let other know. She told to Anthony and he came beside me and said a 'Congratulation' and shaking my hand. Not feel to attend Accounting today, like a dead fish~ Chat so many with my team mate tonight through MSN, yeppi~ but, I'm still worries with my assignment because I don't know how should I start...

Inciting is helping others to stay in focus. A good leader must help all the followers to join into the team, so that can done a good job easily. For example, our team leader for 2nd day - Chor Ban was always give encourage to team and easy our joint into the group. He always spoke out the slogan loudly. This situation can let us feel that so excited and be more confident to eliminate disturbance.
Forging is directing the efforts. A leader must shape the organization’s efforts to do the work. For example, in 2nd day we had to done outdoor activity. There are included Electric Fence, Hanoi Tower, Management Challenge, Tsunami and Telematch. Those activities the 2nd day leader – Chor ban done a good job. Because he given us a clearly instruction to completed the difficult activity. For example, the 2nd day leader – Chor Ban during the activity Tsunami. The Tsunami is about a pillar with many hole and the person in charge will put a ping-pong inside the pillar, so that we must have a good team work to cover all the hole and put the water until full let the ping-pong out. In this activity, the 2nd day leader – Chor Ban given us a good directed to cover all the hole, finally we take a good time to complete this activity. And in another activity the 2nd leader – Chor Ban also playing a good leader role to bring us completed all the outdoor activities. Because he doing this part very well, so that we get the champion in part of Outdoor Activity.
我的组第一天leader叫Lay Theng其实他还错的可是他适合做一个领导者，怎样说呢？他看上去给人的第一感觉是他是做领导者的材料，或许是他没有信心吧又或许是他还是很认识我们，我对他是没有什么comment 啦因为他没有什么东西给我‘写’哈哈…but 相反地，我们的第二天 leader-chor ban反而好过lay theng因为第一天的事差 多都是他在做比如说想口号，我们的口号是blue2 are you ready？(yes, we are ready)go go go(go go go)fight fight fight(fight fight fight)we go we fight we win…yeah。他真的一个很好的领导者，很照顾队里面的每个人，要怎样写他才好呢？比如说在玩那个telematch时他很拼命的在喊口号和别组斗看谁最大声而且他脑筋转得很快，他能一下子就想到要怎样反攻别组的话，他即使喊道喉咙痛，喊道没有声音他依然继续的激励我们组的士气，就像人家讲的一句话‘输人不输阵’，还有在玩那个爬地上的游戏因为他是leader所以他一定要玩，由于他是最后一个所以开始时他先观察过后就指挥那些先爬的人结果听他指挥的全部都过不用爬两次只有一个不合作坚持要自己爬的结果就只有他爬三次过后终于到我们的leader了，他想也不想就直接趴下去爬了，我猜当他在玩这个游戏的时候一定是心不甘愿下才爬的谁叫他是leader呢？没办法，当他爬到中间就快要出来时他不知道被什么东西叮到手而且还不小心把沙弄进眼睛，我们全部叫他从旁边出来可是他不肯坚持继续爬下去，过后当他的头一出来时由那个急救人员直接拖他出来，可是他一出来先是檫他的鞋先而不是伤口 …一个爱干净的男生过后我们回去时他才讲说他爬到最后时是真的没有力了，真可怜他的手而且他的手还是敏感的可是他还是爬啊没有像有些人借口多多！过后，当我们…
